Additionally, employees should be offered incentives for identifying problems in addition to opportunities to make decisions relating to quality in the supermarket internal processes. Further, the supermarket employees should be offered comprehensive training in the use of quality measuring tools and equipment. The empowered employee also play a crucial in improving the quality of service delivery to the customers.

Quality control represents a range of measures aimed at ensuring that the range of products and services offered meets the highest quality standards.
