With this in mind, one of the ways that this principle can be applied to this bank is through implementing policies that promote inclusivity, particular when making decisions that concerned the company and employees. For example, at the moment, whereas the company wants to introduce new products, its employees are not aware of it, and will only know about the new product when it is introduced in the company meeting. Such scenarios can be avoided through embrace equity as a HRM principle.

In addition to this principle, this bank needs to implement policies that support the principle of transparency. In this case, the company needs to improve accessibility to information by both its management and employees and act in a truthful way. For instance, the employees of this bank need to be transparent with the challenges they go through, rather than keeping quiet and failing to ask questions during its sales meetings.

This will help it avoid situations such as the current ones where one of its branch in a busy market is understaffed, thus affecting its ability to function efficiently and effectively. Similarly, another practice that this bank needs to adopt is training and development of its workforce (DeCenzo, Robbins & Verhulst, 2016). Notably, the labour market and the work environment are rapidly changing. Therefore, there is a need to equip employees with critical knowledge and skills that enable them to perform their work effectively and efficiently, thus avoiding scenarios witnessed in this bank where the number of transactions with errors is on the rise.
